Colonial power, I think it is a big false for capture countries by governments like British, France, Spain, Portugal and etc. they just think to themselves. Colonial power is a noun for capture natural resources of that. I saw a picture from Pakistan’s torrent. An ill child. I was very sad. Pakistan is a very poor country.

I implore to (Ahura) Mazda to make me succeed in fulfilling my obligations to the nations of Iran (Persia), Babylon, and the ones of the four directions.

Pakistan's flood is terrible, and I agree, there are many poor there, but there wouldn 't be so many poor if there were not a few rich who keep the money for themselves. This is true in Afghanistan too, from what I read
and see on TV.
Yes, yes, yes! There are about a million Iranians in the USA, and there are thousands here in Denver. I went to an Iranian market recently and bought things. I want to go back. I have an Iranian cook book and it is beautiful.
Canada is a beautiful northern country. My son drove through there this summer and he was critical because of the high prices. It has lots of beautiful scenery - he almost got attacked by a black bear! I would like to live in Canada if I were not an American. However, their cities are as noisy as ours. Here in Denver there is much peace in the mountains and the neighborhoods are very quiet.
Thank you for sending the version of the Cyrus cylinder. Did the kings that followed Cyrus follow his statement of rights? It is a beautiful human contribution to the entire world that Cyrus knew.

In your first sentence you have many words that confuse your meaning. I would write it like this:]
I think it is bad for countries like Britain, France, Spain, Protugal etc. to capture countries. They just want the natural resources of that country.
2. Pakistan's torrent. Better word: flood
3. Yes, my mean was treasures. Better : I meant treasures.
4. Sometimes I had mistakes. Better to say, I make mistakes.
The rest of the letter is OK. I am always so happy, however, that no matter your mistakes. I can always understand what you mean!
